And don’t even get me started on their customer service. It was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever come across. Instead of trying to help me, all they did was blame me and my bank for the issues which were clearly their fault. It was completely unacceptable.
I will say that the girls seemed alright, but the lack of contact outside the site was absolutely pathetic. They were quite happy to censor out the name of a hospital, which isn’t a good sign at all.
